About Grant County Court Docket

Grant County court dockets and case records are split between the Kansas District Court clerk, the City of Ulysses Municipal Court clerk, and statewide Kansas search tools. The correct route depends on the court and record. We built this private resource to make those distinctions clear and to connect readers with official portals, addresses, and phone numbers without treating an administrative county office as the judicial record keeper.

Why We Built This Site

Kansas provides several paths to public case information, but those paths do not hold the same material. The Clerk of the District Court keeps the register of action, filings, parties, and settings for Grant County District Court cases. The Ulysses Municipal Court clerk keeps a separate city docket. Kansas Judicial Branch CaseSearch supplies a statewide index for public district court information, while courthouse terminals and direct clerk requests can reach records that are not online. This site organizes the verified contacts, official search routes, request steps, and case-number guidance for those distinct offices.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Kansas court, clerk, or government agency. Its role is limited:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that a listed phone number, fee, procedure, or setting remains current

Only the clerk or court holding a Grant County case can issue its official or certified record. This resource can identify that office, but it cannot supply the document.

Search Partners

Third-party companies power search boxes on some pages. They control their own results, prices, data practices, and services. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this free resource. We neither set those charges nor determine which records a partner returns.
